Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' at the right hand side of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit / Debit card payments, made using cards registered to UK addresses only. We are sorry that at present we cannot accept orders from outside the UK.

We do not take payment for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information over the Internet using our bank's Secure payment service or via phone by calling 0845 606 0877.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note that carriage charges are added at the checkout stage, we keep this charge to the absolute minimum we can, (we charge the same as it costs us, and we don't add anything for packaging) The charge is shown during the checkout process, we are unable to show the actual charges until we know quantities of goods and where the goods are to be delivered to. We also give you the opportunity to say what class of service you would like us to use. Orders over £99.00 qualify for free second class delivery.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands are charged at different rates, this is out of our control, please call 0845 606 0877 for delivery cost quote.

Provided the goods ordered are in stock, If your Order is received before 12.00pm We will endevour to ship your order the same day. Orders Received at weekends or after 12.00pm will be shipped the next WORKING day.

Orders placed on Friday before 12.00 noon for Next Day Pre 2pm delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday (Tuesday if a bank holiday) Orders Placed on Saturday / Sunday or after 12 noon Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday (Tuesday if a bank holiday) using the class of service selected at the checkout.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is faulty within the first 14 days of delivery we will refund the return postage or arrange our own courier to collect the item as well as the cost of the product. After 14 days the goods should be returned at the customers own expense and may have to be tested to prove faulty before a refund for the goods only is given. Please obtain postage reciept when returning faulty goods.
